Leader or Manager?
According to the studies, today’s employees want to work for an organization that they can be proud of, an organization that is in line with their own values and perspective; an organization that cares about the environment and protects the interests of its customers; an organization which creates to necessary environment for their employees to develop and amplify their personal skills.
